About

about-header.png

Lisa Stubblefield, owner of Front Porch Boutique, created the company in 2012 which stemmed from her love of fashion. Front Porch began by taking our pink trailer to local events where we sold unique apparel and accessories. We've grown a lot since then. You can now purchase our products online or at our store in Rolla, Missouri. Our boutique in Rolla carries the same items as our online store but also has a wide much wider variety of items including home decor, jewelry, gifts, stationery, Yeti, and much more! Come see us!

Also you can still catch our pink roadie at events as well as our newest addition to the traveling Front Porch family--our Tiny Fashion House Boutique! Be sure to check out our upcoming events to visit us at a location near you!

A History of Front Porch Boutique

2004

Owner, Lisa Stubblefield, graduated from the University of Missouri with her Bachelor's degree in Textile and Apparel Management with an emphasis in Marketing and Merchandising and a Minor in Business at the age of 19. She also studied abroad in China and Paris where she visited factories and learned about apparel production first-hand. She also took in the fashion shows during Paris Fashion week.

2012

Lisa pulled a trailer out of the weeds at her parents home. The trailer is from 1984- the year she was born!

She painted the trailer pink.

All ready to go on the road! Lisa ran out of gas the first time she hauled it.

This was the photo shoot that was the inspiration to start Front Porch.

The first event was a cattle show in Columbia, MO

Front Porch Boutique with the pink trailer, traveled to area fairs to sell merchandise and build their brand.

She participated in parades to become more well-known in the area.

Lisa sewed curtains and bunting to spruce up her pink trailer!

A store front was opened in Rolla, Missouri on a one way street downtown.

2015

Front Porch quickly outgrew our small retail rental space, so the business purchased an old house with lots of character that's a historic Route 66 original but now located at a busy intersection of Interstate 44 and Highway 63 in Rolla! This is where you can currently visit the Front Porch Boutique store front at 1901 Bishop Avenue in Rolla, MO. The store is open everyday 9am to 6pm.

2016

With our love for events and meeting customers who live far away from the brick and mortar store, we designed a tiny house to be used as traveling boutique!

We were involved in designing every detail of the tiny house, from its exterior with full size porch and gothic window, to the inside featuring two dressings rooms and chandelier lighting.
